Is there a limit on the number of documents I can authenticate?
Enterprise and Pro subscriptions include unlimited document authentication. The Starter tier for independent professionals includes 30 authenticated documents per month. All tiers include unlimited web-based verification.
Is there an annual billing discount?
Yes. All paid tiers offer a 20% discount when billed annually upfront. Pro: $950/year (~$79/month, saving ~$238). Enterprise Base: $9,590/year (~$799/month, saving ~$2,398). Enterprise add-ons are also discounted at 20% on annual plans.
What does verification cost for regulated entities?
Web-based verification is free for anyone. Pro subscribers have access to a throttled Verification API (60 checks/minute) for workflow integration. Enterprise clients can add the full-throughput Verification API and branded endpoint for $899/month. Register your interest on the contact page.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term contract is required. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
